Grant by private treaty.
Term: 75 years renewable for a further term of 75 years.
Premium: $1.00.
Normal Crown Rent at $2,500 per acre, or approximately $410.00 per year.
Building covenant of $250,000 to be fulfilled within 18 months of obtaining possession of the land.
A restriction on the use of the land to the purpose for which it is granted.
Prohibition of assignment without the prior consent of the Governor.
Provision for its reversion to the Crown without compensation in the event of any breach of the conditions, and for its resumption by the Crown if required for a public purpose on making an ex gratia payment in respect of improvements.
